Baffling
The baffle work is done
The baffle seal is attached with screws instead of rivets which resulted
in much less puckering.
I reinforced the entire rear wall, which seemed too floppy to me, and
added a brace --- huge improvement.
I also added small braces to both sides of the front baffle.
That stiffened the front baffle and the horizontal pieces below.
